Sold first editorial cartoon to the Ocean County Observer, Toms River, NJ.

1986 to 1990
Regular editorial cartoonist for The Leader newspaper in Point Pleasant, NJ.

1988 to 1990
Weekly editorial cartoons for three Ocean County newspapers (Rockfleet Media), freelance cartoonist for local advertisers.

Painted boardwalk advertising graphics for a sign company part time.

1990
Styles stopped doing the art thing.

1999
Styles returned to the art thing.

2000
Returned to art, started to paint and sculpt. First shown at a juried show in Hunterton County NJ.

2000 to 2004
Artwork was carried by Lavender Moon, Belmar, NJ.

2002
First one man show, Divine Madness Gallery in Asbury Park NJ. and one group showing. Completed courses in computer graphics at DDP Trainning in Freehold NJ.

2003
Two one man shows in Belmar and Asbury Park NJ. Freelance graphic artist.

2004
Artwork carried by A Mano Galleries in New Hope PA and Lambertville NJ, two one man shows and a group show in Belmar NJ. Graphic artist for Cat Fanciers Association.

2005
Introduces artwork to the internet. Freelance graphic artist for Big Game Fishing Journal. In July 05, a one man show at Greetingz from Asbury Park.

2006-2008
Styles takes time off from painting and sculpture to start to write a comic strip for his web site. The project turns into a two year endevor debuting March of 2007.
