"I swear I was
never there....
Ok yea, I was there
but I didn't..."

Freedom of the press
belongs to those who own it.

I don't want people to compare me to
Andy Warhol, I would prefer
them to compare me to
Andy Kaufman.

I'm getting back into editorial cartooning first as a business decisian. The fine art angle is a waste of time. In good economies it's tough to convince someone to drop a $1,000 on a painting. Of course the yuppie bastards would spend twice that during a weekend in Atlantic City.

I love the history of editorial art. Hogart and Nast, Breathed and Trudeau, Cheech and Chong. Artist capturing the fear and confusion of their times in art.

I'll make no pretense of formal education. No formal art training, no credits in political science. I used to be self conscious of my lack of education. Now, I'm glad I never pursued it. THEY would have taught me how to draw. THEY would have told me what to think.

I worked for several local newspapers during the 1980's doing editorial cartoons. That medium is dead. Most of the old timers forced out, syndication for the party-liners. I crawled from the cogs and found the internet. Now me and every other nut job can have a voice.

Cartoons and comics designed just for the internet, keep your press.
